Make the next three months count!

The summer is well and truly over, and the long nights are drawing in. So, what better time to upgrade your facilities and take the new season by storm?…

Competition in the holiday and attraction space has never been fiercer and in a world of online reviews, achieving stand out and customer satisfaction has become essential to long-term success.

And of course, the cost-of-living crisis has made the pressure even greater. Recent research indicates that over half (56%) of parents now cut back on non-essential spending throughout the year to be able to afford summer trips and holidays, while over 20% use funds saved throughout the year to fund outings during the summer months. It stands to reason that when summer funds are being squeezed, families are wanting to achieve bang for their buck.

The good news is that offering a stand-out experience that delivers value doesn’t have to cost the earth. It comes down to thoughtful site planning that can be enhanced with expert consultation. And there’s no better time to implement those plans than during the winter months when your site is closed or operating with reduced hours; minimising disruption ready for the big Spring reveal!

One of the biggest and most cost-efficient impacts you can make is to weatherproof your facilities so that come rain or shine your visitors will enjoy their experience with you.

We have recently worked with leading theme park Paulton Park – home of Peppa Pig World – to do just that. Over a couple of years, we have worked with them to create a huge covered showstand area, two covered outdoor dining and picnic areas, a covered area for guest lockers and an all-weather canopy for their taxi waiting area (to ensure guests arrive and leave with a great impression).

We also help holiday parks to maximise the value they can deliver. By covering play areas in the ever popular Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight, we’ve enabled the park to position itself as a year-round destination and attract half term visits in February and October.

And all-weather upgrades don’t have to be purely practical. Our conical canopy for the iconic lakeside Sky Bar at Tattersall Lakes Holiday Park has created a showstopping new feature that helps the park to stand out in a competitive market.

The best news? Our sales, design and manufacturing teams work from a single site, so we can conduct your site visit, plan your design, build your canopy, and install it in a matter of weeks – consulting with your teams throughout – to ensure that your bespoke design works as hard as possible for you.
