I can’t believe my luck! Most of my four-legged friends have a ruff deal and are stuck at home during the week, but I’m here lording it up in the Fordingbridge offices.
I’m Bugsy and I’m Katie’s dog (she’s one of the designers here), but I’m now apparently ‘the office dog’.
And guess what? I reckon that title beats CEO around here! Because I rule the roost, get spoilt rotten, and have an all-round pawsome time every day.
I start off by welcoming anyone I see in the car park on my way in. There’s nearly always one of the sales team charging their car up before they hit the road. How cool is that? I love the fact that they want to protect the green spaces I love.
Next, I do the office rounds. It’s tiring, but I have to make sure all the Fordingbridge humans know I’ve arrived! I love it here. We have so many new projects on the go, so there’s always plenty of new humans to greet (plenty more cuddles and attention for me).
We’re coming up to my favourite part of the day. A visit to see the factory team on their break. They tell rubbish jokes but it’s worth the pain because there’s tons of biscuit crumbs to mop up. Can’t have an untidy factory floor can we?!
I’ve become such a building nerd since hanging out with them. How many other dogs do you know that could tell you what glulaminated timber is? Or could talk about the benefits of covered MUGAs, covered walkways, or Opal 60 canopies?
Right, I’m tired now; and it looks like the humans are too. Not surprised though. We’ve all worked our socks off! So, that’s me for the day. Until tomorrow hasta la vista. Come visit me sometime soon… oh and happy National Dog Day!
