This Friday 7^th March is Employee Appreciation Day and it’s one we love to mark because (although we might be just a tiny bit biased!) we firmly believe we’ve got the best team out there.

Without exception, every single one of our team is friendly, professional and dedicated to going the extra mile and that benefits every single one of our clients. It’s one of the many reasons we have a 4.9* Google rating and why over 70% of our orders last year came from happy, repeat clients keen to enjoy a top-quality customer experience again.

And we look after our people and invest in them. Everyone on the team receives regular training, has clear progression opportunities and enjoys plenty of opportunities to get together and socialise throughout the year.

In an industry famed for high turnover rates, we’re proud that over 75% of our  team members have been with us for over 5 years and more than 50% have been with us for over 7 years. In fact, our longest standing team member Chris Rowland has been with us for over 40 years!
