One of the biggest pleasures of our job is getting a call from a returning customer, and that happened just recently when the team at Chacewater Garden Centre in Truro got in touch…
We know that at garden centres every square metre of potential retail space needs to be maximised and so we work hard with garden centres across the UK to do just that.
Back in 2017 we were delighted to work with husband and wife team Chris and Liz Finney, owners of two independent, family-owned garden centres in Truro Cornwall. We installed a huge 19m twin-span by 16m long canopy at their Goonhavern Garden Centre, enabling the centre to display and sell an impressive plant range year-round.
Following that project, in late 2022, we completed a similar upgrade project at their Chacewater Garden Centre where we were commissioned to install two new canopy solutions.
The first, a vast 51.5m x 12m galvanised steel, taper trellis canopy now shields the centre’s unrivalled plant range – enabling the centre’s many shoppers to browse planting options year-round.
A second smaller 12m x 7m canopy has created an inviting new demo space – perfect for showcasing the centre’s rapidly growing and hugely popular BBQ range in the outdoor environment the BBQs will be used in – whilst still protecting them from the elements.
Installation of both canopies was completed by our team out of shopping hours to ensure minimal disruption to the experience for shoppers at this popular centre.
