What does your job involve?
Meeting new and existing clients and visiting their sites across the UK to understand their challenges and to provide solutions that will transform often under-utilised spaces.
What do you bring to the role?
The communication and teamwork skills I learnt while completing projects at university have been invaluable as getting to the heart of what customers are looking for is key to creating spaces they’ll value for decades to come.
What makes you most proud about working at Fordingbridge?
The open culture here. So many of my friends from university are in roles where people are pigeonholed, but here people are always listened to, and a fresh perspective is always valued. I’m also proud to be part of a culture that invests so much in training its people.
