Bold new home for year-round community padel

PadAll came to us wanting to create Haverhill’s very first dedicated padel facility at New Croft Sports Hub. It had a clear vision – a vibrant all-weather destination with multi-audience appeal that would introduce even more people to the UK’s fastest growing sport.

This was a vision that extended far beyond simply building courts. PadAll wanted to create an environment that would encourage year-round participation and appeal to everyone from complete beginners through to social players and experienced competitors.

The venue needed to build a thriving local padel community from day one – with an attractive all-weather playing environment capable of attracting and supporting open court bookings, beginner sessions, social play, club activity and local tournaments.

The finished all-weather facility at Haverhill delivers exactly that. Beneath three elegant barrel-vaulted canopies, spanning a combined 36m width and stretching 22m in length, sit three eye-catching purple courts that immediately establish the venue as unique.

Complementing the court’s bold colour scheme the galvanised steel finish of our canopy structure creates a contemporary aesthetic. Above, the Opal 60 roofing allows natural daylight to light up the colourful courts beneath while reducing glare and filtering harmful UV rays. Surrounding mesh panels maintain constant airflow and ventilation, helping create consistently comfortable playing conditions throughout the year.

The all-weather protection and optimal playing conditions offered by our triple span canopy enables coaching, club sessions, tournaments and social play to continue whatever the UK weather has in store – creating a facility players can rely on, and a site that brings PadAll healthy bookings in every season.
