Fordingbridge offers a full design and build service on insulated buildings, creating stylish permanent structures on a mainly bespoke basis. These buildings are designed for fast track installation on-site, being pre-fabricated to your design in our factory before delivery to site. We will manage construction with our own teams or work with your own contractors as you prefer. This approach saves time and disruption as well as delivering aesthetically pleasing, cost-effective and robust structures which are ideal for use as retail, education or commercial buildings, particularly where minimal disruption, short build times and restricted space on site are an issue. All our buildings meet current building regulations requirements.

Clients can choose from curtain walling and glazed walling options, and curved roofs with the option of composite roofs with or without fixed or opening rooflight sections.

The frames are mainly steel in construction with a composite roof and curtain walling with micro rib composite side walls as standard.

Full building regulations calculations and CDM package are available with all structures.
