Structural Engineer
A structural engineer is required to work with our in house design team and external engineers to help develop cost effective specialist curved roof structures for the Education, Architectural and Retail markets.
The successful applicant will be required to prepare and develop initial concept designs, lead design development of existing products, assist with structural calculations, provide competent AutoCAD drawings and documentation and have a major input to issues relating to Health & Safety.
The successful applicant will possess strong mathematical skills, the ability to think in 3 dimensions, strong Cad skills, have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and be able to resolve problems quickly and at an early stage.
The position is to be based at Fontwell, but travel around the UK will at times be necessary.
Salary for the correct candidate will be negotiable.
