For the smaller projects, or where our building is part of a larger development, we are happy to hand over to the clients’ own building contractors although our customer service continues with any queries or problems that arise being efficiently and quickly resolved. More often our client is keen for us to continue our involvement and we have several teams of experienced contractors who work for us on-site to finish the job to the highest standard.
